How to Make French Dip in the Instant Pot- Step by Step
- Saute First, set the instant pot to sauté function, then add the oil, beef roast, sliced onions and garlic. Sear roast until fully cooked.
- Cook: Second, add broth, Worcestershire, soup, house seasoning blend and pressure cook on high pressure for 3 minutes. Next, quick release the pressure and use a wooden spoon to scrape up the browned bits from the bottom of the pot and strain the juice into a bowl.
- Broil: Then place in a roll, top with a half slice of provolone and set sandwiches under a broiler for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve: Finally, serve sandwiches with drained broth as a dipping sauce.

- 14 oz beef broth, can
